We have now passed 3 of our 6 inspections and final details are coming together. We (and Ginger, our owner’s service dog) can’t wait to announce the grand opening as soon as we can! Every day is a little more progress! Kegerator and shelves are up, just some plumbing and drywall to finish before we can announce an opening date! Inspired by the game Terraforming Mars, this bright twist on the classic Corpse Reviver #2 is made with gin, Amaro Nonino, Aperol, and lemon juice with an absinthe rinse.
